By accessing and using JADA Hosting ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JADA Hosting provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services. We act as an authorized reseller and provide management, support, and billing for VPS resources.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Hosting illegal content or conducting illegal activities
  • Distributing malware, spam, or phishing content
  • Launching attacks (DDoS, brute-force, port scanning, etc.)
  • Mining cryptocurrency without explicit approval
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of others
5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

6. Payment & Billing

Services are billed according to the selected plan. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Data & Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. We collect only necessary information to provide the Service. Your data will not be sold to third parties. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

JADA Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
